I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, If you are talking about choice filling NEET counseling, then your assumption is wrong. After filling the choices in NEET Counselling you have to lock the choices otherwise because if you submit without locking choices then your choices are not considered and you are not eligible for that round of Counseling. There are so many students who submitted without locking the choices and lost the chance to participate in Counseling. So be careful and if you are not convinced  or if you have any doubts regarding this then it would be better if you contact help desk.
