Hello student,

No, it's not sufficient to just look over the previous year question of the chapter Cell- The Unit of Life for NEET as in this entrance exam the questions are not repeated, every year new set of questions are prepared. You can practice previous years question paper for reference but you can't depend or just learn that questions for preparation of NEET. You will have to read whole chapter to score good marks in the exam.
