The weightage of marks may actually vary upon one institution to another. On a general note, IIMs do consider class 12 marks which may vary between 5-10% per cent on an average. Along with it, class 10 marks, work experience, Personality Test, Group Discussion and CAT or other relevant tests scores are devised accordingly.
