You will be eligible to transfer if you are studying in 1st year of btech through lateral entry.But for other courses it is not so.You need to visit kn modi university website to get full details regarding course and try to contact them for more information.

If you are in first year you can transfer .... And you can get admission by lateral entry

First specify which course you are pursuing and yes if are in first year there is chance of lateral entry by that you transfer from one college to another...
