Hello Umang,

If the college you are looking for admission in has a minimum criteria then you have to clear it. The criteris is set for shortlisting candidates for further rounds, if any, and no grace is given for the same.

So if the minimum criteria is 60% and you have scored 59% then unfortuna you will not be shortlisted for the college.

You can try for other colleges which has a lower cut-off.
