Dear student,

The marks required for admission to a college depends on several factors like the college itself , courses, your category , whether the college is governmental or private and many more. Some courses requires entrance exams but in other course the marks you get in your 12th boards is required. Some colleges accept students with 60-70% marks on the other hand some top tier colleges accept student if they score 90% or above for popular courses like B.Tech, B.Sc etc. However try to get good marks in your 12th boards or the entrance exams for specific colleges or courses.. You will always be accepted if you score good marks... Even if you don't score enough good some colleges even offers management quotas through which you can get admitted. So don't worry focus on getting good marks.

Good luck!
