1. PGDM
PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management, is a diploma course offered by autonomous institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE ).
Aspirants are trained with efficient training and insights into real life business situations and day by day changing business environment.
The course is more practical and dynamic in nature.

2. MBA

Master in Business Administration is a two year management course degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to some centralised universities. Some reputed MBA institutes are: IIFT , FMS etc.
It provides more of theoretical knowledge rather than practical of management concepts and practices in day to day business environment.
The syllabus is not updated as regularly. This can be a problem because the real business environment is dynamic in nature and changes everyday with the change in technological advancement.
