College of basic science and humanities Pantnagar offers B.Tech in Biotechnology. The Placement is average not that popular among the best colleges. Since Biotechnology is more of a research field. There are fewer job opportunities. But there are job opportunities with less salary. Some companies like TCS life Sciences, Omics, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Oriflame etc have offered students jobs ranging from 2.16 LPA to 4 LPA package but it may differ as per student. So getting a core job is a little tough, but you need to have a skill set to get a job.
