Hello there,

There are literally very few number of colleges that have fee in this range. Some of the state level colleges like Jadavpur University , BIT Sindri etc have fee this low.
However if your family income is less than 1 lakh per annum or 5 lakh per annum you can get scholarship in tops colleges like iit,nit amd other private colleges etc in tution fee accordingly.
