Yes ,you can take admission in BCA after completing your commerce without maths but there are some Colleges, which have a condition that students seeking admission in BCA program must have had Mathematics as a subject during their 12th Standard. So, Commerce stream students who had Mathematics subject during 12th will be able to satisfy this criteria and get admission in BCA program. So it will depends upon college where you wants to take admission .

But you will not get admission in MCA without clear BCA undergraduate course because MCA is a master course so you have to clear bca first then only you will able to take admission in MCA .
