Yes you can apply for AIIMS and jipmer if you clear your compartment exams with following criteria like if you belong to a general or OBC category then you should score minimum 60% marks in PCB and if you belong to a sc/St Category then you should score minimum 50% marks in pcb.i hope this information helps you.
