As per Josaa information you are allowed to participate in counselling process only after clearing the required cut off in Jee mains exam, also for getting admission in IIT/NIT and IIIT you have to secure aggregrate of 75% in your intermediate examination and 65% if you belong from SC/ST. So I hope you meet this criteria.
