I'm giving the cut offs here for B.tech + M.Tech for IITs, of which the information is provided:

2019 Josaa cut off for IITs integrated course:

1. IIT Bombay : 554 for electrical engineering and  3637 for metallurgical and materials engineering.

2. IIT Goa : 4762 for Mathematics and Computing.

3. IIT Hyderabad: 657 for Artificial intelligence.

4. IIT Mandi : 3360 for data science and engineering.
