I would suggest you to open the website in the incognito mode and then try once. But even trying this it doesn't work out then there must be some server error in the site do kindly check it out little later .

I completed the NEET Phase 2 Registration yesterday. The site then displayed a message telling me to download the confirmation page. But there is no new confirmation page link. The old link allows me to download the same confirmation page as the Phase 1 Registration. I have tried multiple times now.
