Hello dear,
Both CA and IIM are different career options, both will take a lot of time, so I recommend you to concentrate on one career line.
If you are good in accounts and want to be a professional accountant then go for Chartered Accountant.
On the other hand you will get a great career start in management of you go in IIM.
The choice is yours
