Its free, there is no extra fees that is need to be paid to do correction in application form.

Go the neet website.
Login using NEET 2020 registration number and password
Click on button mentioning “Click here for corrections in NEET application form”
Modify the details and then click on ‘preview and submit’.
One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered number. Enter the same.
Take a printout of correction slip for future proof
