Before taking any kind of decision like that..you have to take the broader view and analyze different aspects.You will have to adjust with their culture. The studies will be completely different and advanced. You might not adapt to that type of living standards.But, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't study abroad. every one can study abroad, but the main criteria expected by the schools and colleges of abroad is aspirant have to complete 18 years of age or if suppose the aspirant is below 18 years of age he/she must be take care of their guardian and the guardian is present at your chosen country.its not good to study abroad after 10th.level of education in India is far better than those of other countries. But, if i may suggest, i would say, you should go abroad for studies after your 12th standard, as you will be more mature and you will have a better idea what course you want to pursue and from which country.And after completing your 12th you will also get your scholarship if you will keep atleast 80% in your 12th examination so that you can get scholarship like getting 20%-30% discount on your admission and if you have secured atleast 90% in your 10th and in 12th then you can get a very good discount as you can 40%-45% discount on your admission.

There are options to study abroad after Class 10

One of the option is to study in Singapore after Class 10 through SIA Youth Scholarship .

The whole education is funded by the Govt. Of Singapore but it is quite difficult to get that.

In the same way you can find many scholarships for many places.

First fix to one place and search for the scholarships provided by the university you chose or by the government.
