Could someone elaborate on the procedure involved into getting admission to private medical college in Tamil Nadu under government quota

Hello,
Admission to medical colleges in Tamil Nadu is on the basis of scores of NEET UG entrance exam. Firstly, merit list is released by the authorities which mention the state rank of the candidates. Then Counselling is conducted. 
Tamil Nadu MBBS 2018 counselling for government quota seats in self financing medical colleges was conducted by DME. The counselling was conducted in offline mode. Candidates have to report to the venue at the allotted time as per their state merit rank.
