NIFT Admit Card:

You need to download their admit card for NIFT Entrance Exam 2018 from the official website of NIFT. Next, you need to take a clear printout of their NIFT Entrance Exam admit card and carry the same to their allotted test centre.

If you are not carrying your admit card for NIFT test will not be allowed to enter the NIFT exam centre. Admit card for NIFT written test comprises of the your name, roll number and exam centre details.

ID Proof:

Although carrying a Photo ID proof is not mandatory in order to appear for the NIFT exam, we suggest that it is a good practice to have one with you when head out to appear for NIFT Entrance Exam. Some of the ID proofs you can consider carrying to your NIFT Exam are as follows:

• Student ID card issued by current school/college
• Driving License
• Aadhar Card
• Voters ID Card

Stationery:

You need to carry their own stationery to their NIFT exam centre. If you are appearing for BFTech, MFTech and MFM course admissions, then you  need to carry:

• Ballpoint pen
• Pencil
• Eraser

If you are appearing for BDes and MDes course admissions, you are allowed to carry the below mentioned stationery:

• Ball point pen (to mark the answers in the OMR sheet)
• Lead pencils (of varying grades)
• Dry colours (such as oil pastels/colour pencils/sketch pens etc.)
• Eraser
• Sharpeners
• Ruler  

Wrist Watch:

It is advisable to carry an accurate wrist watch for the exam. This will help you ensure that you stick to completing different sections of NIFT Entrance Exam as per the time strategy fixed by you before attempting the test paper. However, here make sure that the watch that you carry with you doesn’t have any text or calculator because such a thing could land you in trouble.

Gadgets:

Mobiles and other infotech gadgets are not allowed inside the Examination Centre. If you are found with mobile or other infotech gadgets, you  will be asked to leave the examination centre and shall be disqualified
