Every round of NEET counselling begins with a new registration and choice fillings. Since you are already registered in the first round , you can use your already registered ID and password and can swipe , delete , add new choices of college that are available in the seat matrix .

Yes you can apply for second round councelling after the first round but this is fact that in the first round colleges are much better than the second round and so on.So take decision accordingly.
