Counselling in Karnataka ITI and seat allotment started after merit list came out on 4 June 2025, first round choice filling and allotment begun, then candidates must report to colleges between 4 June and early July for first round, second round choice filling held in early August candidates who did not get seat or need change can apply again, entire seat allotment process continues till August and may include spot admissions for vacant seats.

1, Merit list and seat allotment for round 1 released on 4.06.2025

2, Reporting of allotted candidates and document verification from 4 June to 8 July

3, Choice filling for round 2 from 8 July to 20 July 2025

4, Round 2 allotment and reporting from 1 to 8 August 2025

5, Spot admission starts from 18 August 2025 if seats remain.
