Can you please tell the exam for which you need the counselling registration dates so that I can check and inform you regarding the same.

Alternatively if you want to check it yourself then you must using the website in which counselling has to be done and check for the notice regarding the counselling dates. If there is once such notice then you can check it and note down the dates.

In case if such a notice has not been released yet then you must wait for it.
