Course fee are mentioned in both per year and the grand total.

The hostel fees is always per year as it is subjected to change every year. Incase the course fee is per year, it will have a per annum written beside it or divided into 4 slots for 4 year. Incase you still have doubt kindly send me the link and i'll look into it for you
