Following your class 12th there are  a wide variety of courses that you can pursue. You can apply for general courses in various universities, either in your state or somewhere else. You can also sit for many entrance tests in order to get admissions. 

First decide the course you are interested in. Then find out information about that course. You can refer to Careers360 for help regarding this. Look at the scopes of that particular course. Discuss with your parents, teachers and seniors and then, finally pursue that course.

Diploma courses can be a good option for you. In your percentage, you will get a variety of courses in which you can pursue a diploma. On the other hand, applying for graduation honours might limit your choice of subjects.
