Well, you can go for higher studies by doing BTech in Mechanical Engineering. You'll get direct entry into 2nd year which you already know about.
If not then you can try CATIA, PRO-E, SOLID WORKS, ANSYS, AUTO CAD, HYPERMESH, UNIGRAPHICS, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
