After you complete your 12th in bipc with a good percentage you will have many options available to you. Other than MBBS, you have the options of BDS, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and surgery, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, Veterinary, B.Tech in biotechnology, B.E. in Environmental Engg etc. You can do diploma courses also.

As for the BSc degree, you can do in-

Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotech, Zoology, Botany, Nursing, Agriculture etc.

You can choose any stream based on your interest. But whatever course you choose you have to be the best in that.
