CSAB seat confirmation fee will be readjusted in your tuition fee for the admission in respective college. The amount will be deducted from the first semester fee and you need to pay the first semester fee minus the amount you paid during CSAB counselling. If you withdraw the seat, the fee will be refunded to you and you will forfeit the admission through CSAB. Hope this helps!
