It depends on which aspects you are trying to compare as all the students will be placed from the Patiala Campus only.For two years the Derabassi students study at DB campus and next two at Patiala campus.

Campus infrastructure is new at DB,but if you want to choose on the basis of location you should go for Patiala as the DB campus is midst of a village and it is difficult to travel.
