According to last some years cut offs for TKRC you have very very less chances of getting admission into this institution because the cut offs for the CSE  is near to the 20000 rank for BC-D category and your rank is also very much lower than that. As per information we have data science is a trending technology in software so if get seat in the data science then go for it but when coming to the college tkrc is not much better as other colleges so go for other counselling and find a better college.
