Dear candidate, CSE will have DSA, ML/AI, SDF, DBMS and many other topics. You will have time and option to change your field anytime if the topic or area doesn't seem interesting to you. You have options after four years, you want to do job in which field or in which topic you want to study in detail in future.

In CSE with specialization, there will be syllabus of CSE, but there will be also detailed study of one-two domains which may seem not interesting to you when you study. If you have no idea or less about CSE, then not take CSE with specialization. If you want to do research, detailed analysis in that domain then take CSE with specialization. CSE's focuses on exams and things required in future jobs. Also take specialization course if you are getting it in Tier 1 or 2 colleges. Maximum colleges unnecessarily introduce specialization course to increase students in there colleges for sake of name and not teach nicely.

I hope it will help you to decide which is best.
