I hope you are doing fine, CSIT stands for Computer Science and Information Technology and requires a science background in +2 or an equivalent level to join CSIT. CSIT is related to the computer science and information technology with the concept of physics and math .

IT is simply related to information technology and doesnot require science background.

IT focuses more on a whole picture philosophy - a little bit of web design, a little bit of networks, a little bit of cloud computing, a little bit of IT and business, etc. CSIT, or “computer science information technology” focuses more on the science/programming aspect, like C+, Python, etc…
