Hello Abhishek,

Yes you may follow TMH,but firstly i would suggest you to make your basics strong by RD sharma and NCERT books.Then you should check out the previous paper to get an idea for the paper.After completing these all you may go for TMH as it is the best book but a little diffcult also.
