For 2020 NEET SS cut off  will be released during second week of the october. From the Medical Council of India(MCI) candidates who secure more than or equal to 50 ^th percentile is qualified for super specialty courses.

Right Now they have revised was lowered for 20% percentile, for previous cutoff rank Cardiology was 153  which was revised to 108. For Physiotherapy i have attached the previous year cut off rank link to get an idea about it,
