Hi aspirant
The qualifying cut off for NEET ST category candidates is 40th percentile which corresponds to 108-138 marks. This is the cut off for you to be eligible for admission suring the counseling process to either government or private medical/dental colleges.

Now, in order to fetch a seat in government medical/dental colleges, you need to svore much higher to fetch an All India Rank (AIR) around 80k-1.2 lakhs to be on the safer side.
Since you haven't mentioned your domicile state, I can't be too precise with the information.
In order to get such an AIR you'll need to score around 490-520 marks.

Hope this helps
All the best :)

Dear aspirant

You haven't mentioned your domicile state but your profile suggest you are from Rajasthan so I'll assume this as your domicile state.

First of all I'll tell you about the AIQ counseling cut off marks for govt MBBS college for ST category was AIR 120806 ( approx 462 Mark's) after mop-up round of counseling

In rajasthan state quota counseling cut off marks are Higher than AIQ counseling cut off marks are almost 470-480+ marks. For payment seats in govt medical College in rajasthan state quota counseling cut off marks are 450-460+ marks.

So if you want a govt MBBS college in ST category then 480+ marks would be safe for both AIQ and state quota counseling.
