The cut off will be 40 percentile. The exam is for 90 minutes. And there is not much information on how many questions will be asked. But given the general trend, you might be given 90 MCQs from General English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and General Intelligence. Because written examination is for the first step for shortlisting for further rounds, attempt as many as 75--80 questions.
