Hello aspirant,
NTA Will release the jee main qualifying cutoff along with result in the month of  first week of febraury .
As per previous year qualifying cutoff , for obc students is 65,313.
Maximum marks you should get is 73  and minimum marks is 45 .
Actually cutoff will varies year to year due to the following conditions :
1)difficulty of exam
2) total available seats
3) number of students appearing the exam

Yeah
For the OBC category the cutoff marks very from 45-70 marks it will be based on the competition and other factors
i will provide the link for the cutoff of the previous year cutoff so that 2019 cutoff is still not yet came
