The cutoff score for JEE Mains 2020 hasn't been unveiled yet because it last year they revealed if after the April attempt so this year also we will get the cutoff score and rankings. But looking at last year Category wise percentile cutoff which were as follows:

• GENERAL - 89.75
• GEN-EWS - 78.21
• OBC-NCL - 74.31
• SC             -  54.01
• ST              - 44.33

Since these are the percentile scores so there won't be much difference in the cutoff scores this year too.
