So the cutoff for government homeopathic medical college and hospital Bhopal for EWS category is the minimum qualifying marks in NEET . You just need to choose your category along with EWS but you do not need to submit your certificate at that time you can take it while counselling for verification. So based on your category you can check this years NEET 2020 cutoff to see if you have qualified.
