The first merit list for admission usually comes out in July–August, right after the application process ends. If the seats remain vacant, then second/third merit lists are also released in the following weeks. For B.Sc course fees, in most govt. colleges like DBRA, it is 7,000–12,000 per year, depending on the combination (like B.Sc Bio, B.Sc Math, etc.). Always check the college notice board/website for the exact fee structure.
