Dear student, as you did not get the college in the first round, your choices will be retained for the second round. You will not be allowed to fill again the choices freshly, as the rule is against that. However, if you do not wish to get colleges allotted to you in the second round, you can definitely cancel your admission without paying the fees further.

I would like to tell you that there is nothing to worry about yes of course you can go with this if some how you don't get any college in the first round of counselling or you are not satisfied with the college alloted during first round of counselling then after you can go with some other choices you can select some other colleges in your the second round of counselling. 

All you need to do is to contact with the counselling charge and let them know that you are not satisfied with the college that you have opted for in the first round of counselling and you want to add some other colleges in the counselling procedure then they will let you know what options you have left with and after that you can easily apply for those colleges in second or other rounds of counselling.
