Sorry to say but at this rank it's difficult to get into the good colleges ,
But if you have sc St category there are some chances get into colleges .
Here homes state quota also matters.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college of engineering so they have high cutoffs to get admission.

So with a rank of almost 90k you can apply for assam university , or any private institute like lpu or srm
university.

Either you take admission into any private institute or take a year drop to prepare harder for jee 2020.
