Saswat , the eligibilty for studying b pharm is 50 percent in qualifying examination , so if your aggregate is 50 percent then you are very well eligible for pursuing the course , but make sure you land in a good college as I assume your goal is not only to pursue the course but also get a good job through it . Try giving improvement in the subjects which you think you can do well.
