yes!! you can do diploma in any courses.let me list you some colleges are of grade A for doing diploma in computer science engineering,

• AMITY university, noida
• LPU
• MSU vadodara
• BITS
• DTU
• ANNA university
• NMIT
• aditya engineering college,godawari
• SGI maharastra

there are many colleges like this,but i suggest you to do diploma in any institution which is near by your location(must be recognized/standard ). i think you dont need to lot of money on diploma.it is my suggestion only,but decision is upto you .
