Well the thing is that, to get a seat through CSAB counselling you will have to first register for it by paying a certain amount of fee. This particular registration fee is non-refundable. When you will be allotted a seat in CSAB counselling, then they will ask you to pay a required amount to confirm the allotted seat. This amount will be refunded to you incase if you don't want to take admission.
