In any  Application, while filling the form one should always give Aggregate of Marks of particular degree. If you are in final year of Btech then the Aggregate of Marks upto the last written semester should be noted. So you are not allowed to give Final year percentage. Only Aggregate upto the current semester should be noted.

You are required to fill the aggregate of marks obtained in all the semesters and the average percentages of all the semesters. I hope you got the answer.
