I would like to tell you that Income Certificate is mandatory for those candidates only who want to apply for the scholarship based on their category or the annual income of their family but if you don't want to apply for that then there is no any mandatory detail all you need to do is to fill about only a blank about your family annual income and not the certificate detail.
