On the basis of your rank the colleges you might get on the CSAB counselling round are :
1.BR National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar,Information Technology.
2.NIT Patna,Computer Science Engineering.

Well your rank as well as your category is stoping you from getting admission in the Government colleges but still dont be disheartened try to contact these colleges with your documents.
