Dear Aditya,

Documents you need to take for counselling are:

• Class 10 pass certificate and mark sheet

• Class 12 pass certificate and mark sheet

• College/school leaving certificate

• NEET admit card.
• Result of NEET UG 2019

• Domicile certificate

• SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority of Government of Odisha (if applicable)

• PH certificate, issued by the medical board of Odisha Government, if applicable

• EWS certificate if applicable. 

Take all required documents so that there wont be any issues created.  Good luck!
