Go to the official website of of the EAMCET exam which you are willing to write that is there TS EAMCET for AP EAMCET and get the mail ID from the website.

And to that mail ID attach your application form admit card of TS or AP EAMCET exam and also your BITSAT admit card and make a request to them appealing to change the date of your ps for AP EAMCET exam which you are willing to write.

see the decision of the conducting of the admission is solely depends on the exam control authority. so if majority of the students reports for the change of date, exam committee might re consider their decision. unless you have to decide which of the exam you have more priority and need to attempt. if the time zone is different and location is nearby you may attempt both of the exam.
