Due to very limited seats available in allahabad university and its other affiliates college cutoff is always more than 178 according to previous year trends.

You scored 126 which is very low marks you definately did not get call from the university.

But one thing you can do this is check local newspaper for declining cutoff which university releases after some students leave their seats to get admission in some other college.
